Our policy
AgencyIndex (marketingagencyindex.com) is a trading name of OmniFound Limited. We do not send unsolicited email, and we do not allow anyone else to promote AgencyIndex by email.
Who we email
- People who have an account with us: sign-in links, notices about their account or listing, and occasional messages about the directory they have joined.
- People who manage a listing with us or subscribe on our site: our newsletter, The Dispatch, and the occasional one-question poll sent to its readers. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Agencies that a buyer has contacted through our site: we pass on that buyer's enquiry.
- People who have joined our waitlist: one email when AgencyIndex opens in their country.
- People who have contacted us or applied for an account, in reply.
What we don't do
- We do not buy or rent email lists.
- We do not send marketing email to agencies that have not created an account with us or asked to hear from us.
- We do not use affiliates or other third parties to promote AgencyIndex by email. Anyone who does is not acting for us.
Stopping our emails
Every email we send comes from [email protected], and you can reply to any of them to ask us to stop. The Dispatch also has a one-click unsubscribe link in every issue. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

If you have received an email promoting AgencyIndex that breaks this policy, please tell us at [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we hold and how long we keep it.
