Birthed from bonds of friendship, we are an unconventional collective, yearning for influence and autonomy, unsatisfied with working for others. We rejected the traditional concept of people as mere cogs in a corporate wheel. Deep-seated hierarchical management structures left us feeling undervalued. We spurned autocratic authority.
Economically challenged and located in a quaint market town with scarce opportunities, we found solace in unity. This led us to establish a haven where we could be our genuine selves and steer our own future.
Our journey has been filled with lessons learned from numerous blunders, paving a steady and lengthy path. We view this as a blessing, enabling us to improve, care more profoundly, understand ourselves better, and discover our purpose.
