About Dominic Livingston D24
Dominic started at 19 in London with no experience, no connections, and dyslexia that hade made traditional education a struggle from the back of the classroom. What he had instead was relentless drive - a willingness to fail fast, adjust faster, and teach himself the breadth of skills that now define his practice.
Fourteen years on, that stubborn curiosity has built a career spanning more than 90 design and creative projects.
His work has shaped experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable brands like Toyota, Lexus, IKEA, Rolls-Royce Motors, FIFA, Macallan, and Charlotte Tilbury among them. Along the ay he has been the trusted hire for many of the industry’s leading agencies including AKQA, Dentsu, HUGE, Critical Mass, ustwo, McCann, and Dalziel & Pow - embedded partnerships built on consistency, judgment, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
The dyslexia never went away. But it taught him to think in systems, to communicate visually, and to simplify complexity others find overwhelming. Those instincts now sit at the centre of how he works: helping organisations see their challenges clearly, make confident decisions, and build products genuinely worth using.
Today his practice is structured around what clients actually need - strategic clarity through Experience Strategy, ongoing guidance through Design Partnership, and reliable delivery through Design Operations.
Increasingly, that work is shaped by how AI is reshaping the way people behave, decide, and experience the products around them.
Clients return to Dominic for advisory and direction as much as execution. Peers know him for his focus, empathy, and quiet rigour - and for the mentorship he extends to other designers and creatives finding their own way in. The heritage is North-East London grit and St Lucian-Jamaican warmth.
The work is meticulous, human-centred, and always evolving.
